Styrbjörn Andrén joins Hydroware

Starting in January 2023, Styrbjörn Andrén will join Hydroware as Head of Products and Learning, as the company mobilises for its coming expansion. With over 35 years of experience, Styrbjörn Andrén is one of the most prominent names in the Swedish lift industry.
Throughout his career, Styrbjörn Andrén has held many leading positions in the lift industry. Over the past five years, he has been working as Learning & Development CoE Manager Scandinavia for one of the world’s leading lift companies, KONE, where he has also held the position of Technical Manager.
Styrbjörn will be a key player for executing our business plan. In the coming years we expect our international expansion to accelerate, and we will enter a new market segment. We are pleased and proud to welcome Styrbjörn to Hydroware.

Strengthening the market organisation
Hydroware is known for its modernisation solutions for hydraulic lifts. However, soon the company will enter a new market segment with the launch of its first common control system for both traction and hydraulic lifts. The recruitment of Styrbjörn as Head of Products and Learning is one of many moves to organise the company to handle increased demand. Erik Paulsson, previously Head of Sales Nordics and Product Manager, will take on the position as Marketing Director. Erik Paulsson is succeeded by Kim Linkruus as Head of Sales Nordics while Volker Hager, in the role of Head of Sales Export, will focus on the rapidly growing export market.
We see a strong demand for our products in the hydraulic lift segment and soon we will be launching our traction lift offering. Erik has long been a driving force within Hydroware and now with the hiring of Styrbjörn, Erik and Volker will be able to dedicate their focus on Hydroware’s global expansion. Many pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place, and we are ready for Hydroware to enter the next phase of the company’s history.
